Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Brittany Stack, a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist passionate about guiding you on your health and wellness journey. With over a decade of experience as a paramedic and more than 10 years in the fitness industry, I am confident in my ability to help you enhance your health and accelerate your fitness results. My interest in fitness and nutrition began at age 14 when I witnessed my mother compete in bodybuilding at age 45. Inspired by her dedication and athleticism, I trained for and competed in three bikini competitions, ultimately representing BC at the CBBF International Event Qualifier in 2017.
